The first part of the definition "Exceeding the ordinary, the usual, or the expected" is exactly what Extreme does by rejecting the standard formula for karting lubrication and going in a brand new direction. The last part of the definition, "The most advanced : utmost : the Maximum!" we have blended 3 times the maximum rate of additives, we have used such high quantities of additives that our oil could be "legally" classified as an additive. No commercial oil that we have tested contains any where near the additives that are contained in Extreme. Nothing comes remotely close!!!
